Full Day Workshop
This workshop is about sound and how it is used to help us heal ourselves. It is also about the throat chakra. This chakra is the voice of your soul – how you speak your truth. Many of us shut down our voices because someone in our past may have told us we could not carry a tune, or to stop singing or to be quiet. Many of us actually believed this criticism and stuffed our voices. It is your birthright as a human being to sing and dance and be joyful. To speak with the true voice of your spirit. Throughout this workshop to give you an opportunity and tools with which to rediscover your true voice and to learn how deeply sound can heal.
The day will include the following:
- Principles of sound healing
- A vocal vowel/chakra tune-up
- Song of the Soul
- Sound healing for the body
- Introduction to vocal harmonics
- Singing crystal bowl sound bath

Red Deer Workshop
There are several ways you can invite Sharon to participate in your workplace wellness program:
- 30 minute to full day presentations on how to use sound to reduce stress. This presentation is suitable for small to large groups.
- Hands on sessions experiencing the powerful immune enhancing effect of singing bowls and other sound healing tools. This presentation is suitable for groups of 30 or less in order to give each person hands on time.
- As a keynote speaker to larger wellness events
- As a participant in a trade fair format with a display table
- Hands on sessions on energy clearing for the workspace. Sound works as well as feng shui in keeping the energy and feel of the workspace clear. We all know what it feels like to walk into a room where there has just been an argument. This presentation is suitable for small groups of 30 or less.
